About This Workshop
There is no better way to get into the Christmas spirit than creating your own festive cookies and gingerbread masterpiece. Our Christmas workshops in Amsterdam are available throughout November and December, and offer something for everyone — from complete beginners to those who want a real creative challenge.
Under the guidance of Oksana, you will work with Christmas-themed cookie shapes, festive colour palettes, and all the decorating materials you need to produce beautifully finished results. Whether you choose to decorate cookies, build and decorate a gingerbread house, or take on a more advanced design challenge, you will leave with a take-home box of seasonal creations ready to display, gift, or enjoy.

Our Christmas cookie designs celebrate the full range of festive imagery. Depending on your chosen workshop, you will work with:

Workshop Details
Beginner Christmas — €75/person • 2.5 hours
The ideal starting point for anyone who has never decorated cookies before. You will learn the fundamentals of royal icing, piping, and flooding while working on a set of Christmas-themed cookies. No experience required. All skill levels are welcome and every participant achieves a beautiful result.
Gingerbread House — €86/person • 3 hours
Build and decorate your own gingerbread house from pre-baked pieces. Using royal icing as mortar, you will assemble the structure and then decorate it with festive icing, sweets, and edible decorations to create your own miniature Christmas house. A favourite for families and friends.
Advanced Christmas — €109/person • 3.5 hours
For participants with some prior cookie decorating experience who want to take their skills further. This session covers advanced piping techniques, wet-on-wet designs, and detailed work with fine nozzles. Expect intricate snowflake patterns, multi-colour flooding, and textured designs.
Kids' Christmas — €35/child • 1.5 hours
A child-friendly Christmas cookie decorating session for ages 6–14. Children will decorate a set of Christmas cookies with safe edible icing, sprinkles, and festive decorations. Aprons provided. Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch. See our Kids' Party page for further details.
Corporate Christmas Party
A Christmas gingerbread workshop is one of the most popular corporate end-of-year activities in Amsterdam. Whether you are planning a team Christmas party, a client entertainment event, or a company celebration, a cookie decorating workshop is a creative, inclusive, and memorable choice.

Booking tip: December is our busiest month. Corporate groups should book at least 4–6 weeks in advance to guarantee availability.

Christmas workshops run throughout November and December 2026. Sessions are available on weekdays and weekends. December in particular fills up very quickly — we recommend booking as early as possible.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. November and December are our busiest months. Individual spots may remain available on shorter notice, but private groups and corporate sessions should be booked at least 4 weeks in advance.
Can I combine workshop types for a group?
Yes. If your group includes both adults and children, or a mix of experience levels, contact us to discuss a combined session format. We will do our best to accommodate mixed groups.
What is included in the price?
All materials, tools, pre-baked cookies or gingerbread house components, icing, food colouring, edible decorations, an apron, coffee and tea, and a take-home box for your finished creations. No hidden costs.
What is your cancellation policy?
