2. Applicability

These terms of service apply to all workshops, products and services of Ginger House Amsterdam. By placing a booking or order, you agree to these terms.

3. Offer & Agreement

A booking or order is considered confirmed upon written confirmation by email or WhatsApp from Ginger House Amsterdam. Until such confirmation is received, no rights can be derived from a submitted request.

4. Prices

  • Consumers: all listed prices include VAT.
  • Businesses: prices are exclusive of VAT; VAT is stated separately on the invoice.

Ginger House Amsterdam reserves the right to change prices. For already confirmed bookings or orders, the price at the time of confirmation remains applicable.

5. Payment

  • Workshops (private): payment in advance via iDEAL or bank transfer.
  • Businesses: invoice with a payment term of 14 or 30 days, to be agreed upon.

In the event of late payment, Ginger House Amsterdam reserves the right to cancel a booking.

6. Cancellation

For cancellation terms, please refer to our Cancellation Policy on this website.

7. Allergens

Participants and customers are responsible for timely disclosure of allergies or dietary requirements when booking or ordering. Please refer to our Allergen Information for a complete overview.

8. Liability

Ginger House Amsterdam is not liable for indirect damage, consequential loss or lost profits. The liability of Ginger House Amsterdam is in all cases limited to the amount of the relevant booking or order.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, designs and recipes of Ginger House Amsterdam are protected by copyright. Photos taken during workshops may be shared on social media with the credit @gingerhouseamsterdam. Commercial use without permission is not permitted.

10. Complaints

Complaints must be reported within 14 days of the workshop or delivery via gingerhouseamsterdam@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 5 working days.

11. Governing Law

All agreements with Ginger House Amsterdam are governed by Dutch law. Disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
