My story
My name is Oksana. I was born and raised in Ukraine, where the smell of freshly baked cookies and gingerbread was always a part of my life. Every Christmas, my grandmother would bake gingerbread — those were the moments that awakened my love for this craft.
After moving to Amsterdam in 2020, I missed those cosy traditions and decided to share my passion — and so Ginger House Amsterdam was born.
Our mission
Ginger House Amsterdam was founded with one goal: to bring people together around the joy of artisan gingerbread making. Whether you are a complete beginner or already have experience, you are welcome here. Every workshop is a combination of learning, creativity and good company.
