Cancellation Policy

Workshops
We understand that plans can change. To confirm your booking we ask for a 50% deposit when booking; the remainder is due no later than 7 days before the workshop (companies receive an invoice with a 14-day payment term). If a booking is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable — regardless of how much notice you give before the workshop. Whether you can reschedule instead of cancelling depends on how much notice you give:

Orders
The following conditions apply to cancellations of product orders:

Custom houses
Custom houses. After you approve the drawing, you pay a 50 % deposit. If you cancel before we start baking — at the latest 7 days before the agreed delivery — you get the deposit back minus €75 design costs. After that, cancellation is no longer possible: the house is made especially for you. Need another date? Tell us as early as you can; rescheduling is free when it fits our planning.
Cancellation by Ginger House Amsterdam
In the exceptional event that we need to cancel a workshop or order, you will receive a full refund plus a 15% discount voucher towards your next booking.
