Cancellation Policy

Workshops
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy for workshops is as follows:

| 48+ hours before start | Full refund | Yes, free rescheduling to another date |
| 24–48 hours before start | 50% refund | Yes, one-time rescheduling available |
| Less than 24 hours before start | No refund | No |
| In case of verified illness | Case by case | We are happy to discuss options |
Orders
The following conditions apply to cancellations of product orders:

| 5+ working days before delivery | Full refund | Production not yet started |
| 3–5 working days before delivery | 50% refund | Material costs already incurred |
| Less than 3 working days before delivery | No refund | Production already started |
Cancellation by Ginger House Amsterdam
In the exceptional event that we need to cancel a workshop or order, you will receive a full refund plus a 15% discount voucher towards your next booking.
