Cancellation Policy

Workshops
We understand that plans can change. A prepayment is required to confirm your booking. If a booking is cancelled, the prepayment is non-refundable — regardless of how much notice you give before the workshop. Whether you can reschedule instead of cancelling depends on how much notice you give:

Orders
The following conditions apply to cancellations of product orders:

Cancellation by Ginger House Amsterdam
In the exceptional event that we need to cancel a workshop or order, you will receive a full refund plus a 15% discount voucher towards your next booking.

We typically respond within 24 hours on WhatsApp and within 48 hours by email (on working days).
