Hello, I'm Oksana! My passion for gingerbread art began as a child in Ukraine, watching my grandmother create beautiful patterns on festive cookies. Never forgetting that magic, I've developed my craft over the years into a skill I love to share with others.
In Amsterdam, I offer workshops for all skill levels — from complete beginners to those who want to perfect their technique. My philosophy is simple: every cookie tells a story, and I help you tell yours.
All workshops are conducted in Dutch or English, depending on the group. Small groups ensure personal attention.

Book Your ExperienceNo! Our beginner workshops are designed for complete newcomers. We guide you step by step through every technique. For those with experience, we also offer advanced workshops.
All materials, ingredients, tools, recipes, coffee/tea, and a take-home box for your creations! You just need to bring your creativity.
Throughout Amsterdam. The exact address is provided upon booking for privacy reasons. For team building we can also come to your location.
Minimum 48 hours for standard orders. Custom or large orders need 5-7 days. Holiday season orders should be placed 2 weeks in advance.
Standard recipes contain: gluten (wheat flour), eggs, dairy (butter), and may contain traces of nuts. We work in a kitchen that handles all major allergens. See our allergen information page for details.
Properly stored in an airtight container at room temperature: 2-3 weeks. Gingerbread houses can last several months as decorative pieces!
