- Lead time: at least 7 working days in advance (less than 7 working days: +20% rush fee)
- Delivery: pick-up in Amsterdam, or delivery with the cost calculated by destination. Not shipped by post — the houses are too fragile.
- Payment: full prepayment via iDEAL, Tikkie or bank transfer
- Shelf life: Cookies and houses taste best in the first six weeks and keep for up to six months in an airtight container at room temperature. As decoration, houses stay beautiful for well over a year: dry, out of the sun and not in the fridge.
